Client Agreement – Web Hosting Services

Through purchasing one of the web hosting services, you will will be referred to as CLIENT and will adhere to the terms and conditions of the Client Agreement between yourself and C.R.O.W.N. Computer Solutions, hereby known as CONTRACTOR.

Uptime – CONTRACTOR does not maintain nor have control over the physical servers that provide hosting services therefore CONTRACTOR can not ensure 100% uptime nor is 100% uptime achievable at all. CONTRACTOR will make all efforts to ensure the highest level of uptime is met on behalf of the CLIENT

Scope of Work – CONTRACTOR will be responsible for general hosting and initial setup.  cPanel administration can be provided on behalf of CLIENT but will incur separate fees outside of the scope of work provided through this agreement.

Liability – CONTRACTOR will not be held responsible for improper maintenance, setup and/or configuration that takes place with the CLIENT’s website that leads to errors, malicious attacks or unplanned downtime. CLIENT will be responsible for the maintenance of their website(s) or any other applications running within their hosting environment.

Cancellation – CLIENT must submit a written cancellation notice to billing@crowncompsol.com to officially request cancellation.

Refund – CONTRACTOR will prorate all refunds and subtract any fees occurred in the case that the CONTRACTOR has to perform any services on behalf of the CLIENT in relation to the offboarding of the hosting account.

Renewal – CONTRACTOR will send CLIENT a renewal invoice to the Registered Email fifteen (15) business days prior to the renewal date and a reminder email five (5) business days prior to the renewal date. If no payment is received by the due date, the account will be suspended and will be deleted if no payment is received within five (5) days from the due date.
